I have finally found a mix that is basic and doesn't need an egg substitute. I chose this recipe because my kiddos were craving pancakes but we were out of eggs. I followed it very carefully because of the other comments I read. And by that I mean, do you like to put your blueberries directly into the batter or do you like to drop them into the pancakes after you've already ladled them into the pan?
